Baja California Sur, Mexico (16 February 2004) .- A former security chief of the UN Office United Against Drugs and Crime in Vienna, reported that its current owner Antonio Maria Costa concealed and retained in their posts to staff of his predecessor Pino Arlacchi, accused of corruption and hiring prostitutes.
